Certifications

We have obtained the ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security. This is an internationally recognized standard for information security, signifying that we have taken significant measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

In addition to ISO 27001, we have also implemented the NEN 7510 standard, specifically focused on information security in healthcare. This certification is of great importance to our clients in the healthcare sector as it ensures the protection of sensitive information.

To further integrate information security into our operations, we’ve chosen to obtain SOC2 assurance. While ISO 27001 deals with designing and implementing an information security management system, SOC2 focuses on demonstrating the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with specific criteria for information security by service organizations. Initially, this will be a type 1 report, assessing the implementation of controls at a specific point in time. Subsequently, we will commission a type 2 report to evaluate the functioning of internal controls over an extended period.

Furthermore, we have achieved the ISO 9001 certification for our quality management system. This certification confirms that we have implemented processes to ensure the quality of our services and continually improve performance.

In addition to these general certifications and reports, we periodically assess certain customer-specific environments. This applies, for example, to DigiD and Suwinet. The resulting reports are shared with the respective client(s).
